Born and raised in Ashland, Kentucky, Fr. Izak graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Morehead State University where he studied a wide spectrum of subjects including history, philosophy, literature, and religious studies.

Upon joining the Episcopal Church in 2014, he felt a call to the priesthood and attended Seminary at the School of Theology at The University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee.

After completing his studies and being ordained, Fr. Izak followed his passion for rural parish ministry to Saint Mary's, Middlesboro, and now, with his wife, Natalie, and 2-year-old son, Lavon, he comes to Paris to be the Priest-in-Charge of Saint Peter's.

Dr. Randolph P. Runyon

Dr. Randolph P. (Randy) Runyon comes to Saint Peter's with an extensive and impressive resume that includes musical education from Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music, and Choral Conducting from Peabody Conservatory of Music, Baltimore, MD. He has served 17 churches in Kentucky, Ohio, Maryland, and Maine, and has composed hymns and non-liturgical works including published and non-published organ music, anthems, and solos. He has published fourteen books on many subjects ranging from histories to poetry. Dr. Runyon holds a PhD in French from Johns Hopkins University and has completed undergraduate studies at Harvard College  Saint John's College.

 Dr. Runyon is married to Elizabeth, a Paris native who is a nationally recognized weaver of sculptural baskets. The couple has two grown children and one grandchild.

Eulalie C. ('Lalie) Dick

Born in New Orleans, LA, raised in Woodville, MS, educated at Mississippi State College for Women and Spencer's Business College, 'Lalie has experienced several varying careers. She began as a secretary for Sun Oil Company in MS and LA, then Office Manager for Dresser Oilfield Products in Dallas, TX, then after being hired by Revlon U.S., she ultimately became Revlon International's Marketing Operations Coordination Systems Manager for Central and South America and the Caribbean. She came back to the land of her ancestors with her husband, David Barrow Dick, in 1985 to live on the farm that his ancestors purchased in 1799. The couple became involved in the publishing business and were instrumental in establishing two award-winning newspapers, The Montgomery Times and The Bourbon Times. For fourteen years 'Lalie wrote the column "Kentucky Women"  for Kentucky Farm Bureau's All around Kentucky," and assisted in writing and editing 14 books written by herself and her husband and produced by Plum Lick Publishing and University Press of Kentucky.

'Lalie, David, and daughter, Ravy Bradford, became members of Saint Peter's in 1988. David's funeral was held in the Church in 2010 and 'Lalie has been Office Administrator of Saint Peter's since 2018.
